Providing Innovative Strategies Anchored in the Six Dimensions of Health/ Wellness

“Dr. Tekeyah Sears designed and implemented a new undergraduate public health program for a health professions department in which were colleagues. Her motivation to create a program that far exceeded the rest was very evident in every fragment of her work. The students and faculty have demonstrated their gratitude for the level of energy and attention in which Tekeyah had given to make the public health program successful.”

“I can’t think of anyone more suited to take on the challenge of helping others pursue their life dreams and career goals.

Your excellent ability to work as a team and your proven moral and ethical background will prove invaluable in helping others!

As I reflect back on your years at Manhattan College, I can’t help but mention the many compliments I received about you from your students! I too along with other of your colleagues admired your professionalism and your keen attention to details.

Your humanity and moral spirit will be a definite asset to others and I know you will change the lives of many in this endeavor.”

-Loretta W.

Dr. Sears worked very well to educate our younger girls and teenage girls about the influence of their words, how they view themselves, and their identity. Dr. Sears, also, explained how words can build you up and can also tear you down.

I was very impressed with the overall engagement from Dr. Sears and the unforced participation from the girls, it was truly remarkable. I would invite her again if given aopportunity to do so.
